Lawyers of the Office provide assistance on their domestic and international business transactions and operations; corporate governance matters, rules, regulations and procedures with respect to the sector and also represent the clients before Ministry of Health. The Office renders legal services on intellectual property matters including but not limited to the application for registration of the trademarks and patents, litigation in trademark and patent infringement cases and IP licensing.
